Products Results Pages
One of the most important factors for the success of an ecommerce site is that customers can search for products easily. Product results must be easy to customize, navigate, and look through. EnterpriStore has carefully designed their product results pages to make them as easy as possible for customers to use, and therefore to increase your sales. Each product results pages includes faceting and guided navigation. This means that the results will naturally be grouped to make them as easy as possible to look through.
When a customer completes a search, they have many options to produce results that match what they’re looking for as precisely as possible. They can choose to sort their results by price, name (alphabetical), or manufacturers. They can also choose to narrow down their search results by factors such as price, type, capacity, color, weight, source, and shipping options. This helps the results to match the customer’s priorities and to show what they’re looking for. Within the product results page, each product is displayed with an image, name, price, average customer rating, and whether the product is eligible for free shipping. Directly from within the product results page, customers can update the quantity they want and add the product to their cart. They can also estimate shipping. All of this can be done without leaving the product results page.
If customers want more information about a specific product, they can choose “Quick View” to see a more detailed product page in a pop up screen, which will not take them away from the product results page. This Quick View popup includes a product overview, specifications, images, and reviews. It provides all the information a customer might want in order to make a decision.
