Piwik Page Load Speeds
Keeping your website fast is essential in providing a great user experience and ensuring both higher engagement and higher conversion rates. In fact, page load time is one of the most important factors that influence your conversion rate. Website visitors care more about how fast your website loads than they care about how it looks or how many interesting features you have. 47% of consumers expect that the website page they’re on should load within 2 seconds. That doesn’t leave a lot of room for error. If one of your website pages takes too long to load, a customer is highly likely to close it and try using another site. In fact, for every 1 second more that your page load time takes, you’ll lose an average of 7% in your conversion rate. When you convert that to sales, you’re losing a significant portion of your revenue. For this reason, EnterpriStore does not underestimate the importance of page load speeds. We know that you won’t either. We have partnered with Piwik to monitor your page load speeds so that you can monitor your performance and ensure that you’re providing the best speed possible. Piwik automatically tracks how long it takes for your website to load content, and it will show you this information for each of your website’s pages. Having this information on hand helps you to keep track of your website performance and spot and drops in performance early, before they can have a significant impact on your conversion rates. Piwik’s reports are easy to read, and they provide a combination of long-term graphs and detailed daily charts. Below, you’ll find an overview of what you’ll find in Piwik’s page load speed reports.
