As an ecommerce shop, it’s important that you enable your customers to view and purchase products on all of their devices. EnterpriStore has made this easy by creating a mobile responsive site. Customers can complete product searches, browse through product categories, and view individual product pages. The product pages are designed to look as similar as possible to those on the desktop version, so customers have a familiar and consistent experience no matter where they’re accessing your site from.
The product pages have a simple layout and include all the information your customers may need. Each page includes the product’s name, item number, price, discount amount, picture, whether or not it is in stock, eligibility for free shipping, and average customer rating. All of this is included at the top of the page so customers can see all the most important information at a glance. Beneath the basic facts, there is an info box with four tabs for more detailed information. In the overview, customers can see a more detailed product description. Specifications provide more detailed product facts, such as the manufacturer, weight, and size. There are also tabs for more product images and reviews left by other customers.
Customers can also take all of the options they might need right on the mobile product page. They can update the product quantity, choose the product color for products with multiple options, and add the product to their cart. They may also choose to add the product to their wish list or shopping list or to view more similar products. Of course, all of these pages are viewable on all mobile devices, including smartphones in all sizes and tablets. This means that you’ll never lose a customer.
