General Principle: Data flows in both directions between Enterpristore and 3rd Party ERP’s with the direction depending on the data type.

Customers:

  • Real-time contract/customer-specific pricing is available from either ERP or Enterpristore.
  • Customer Ship-to information is handled in various ways:
    • ERP ID
    • Ship-tos as separate customer accounts
    • Ship-tos as sub-accounts
  • Customer Default Warehouse is synchronized.
  • Customer Restricted Products information is shared.
  • Corporate Groups affiliation is managed.

Order Information:

  • Order Current Status is synchronized.
  • Order Tracking Number is available.
  • Carrier Codes are exchanged.
  • Warehouses relevant to the order are identified.

Order History:

Retrieves current open orders, current pre-orders, and complete order history from either ERP or Enterpristore.

Invoices:

Retrieves current open and closed (paid) invoices directly from Infor ERP or Enterpristore.

Quotes:

Retrieves current open quotes directly from Infor ERP or Enterpristore.

Functionality to convert a quote into an order is provided.
